Nick Trautman, President & CTO
Nick has been involved in many areas of technology throughout his professional career. Most recently, he has been managing global technology initiatives for a Global 500 company based in the US. Prior to that Nick worked for Cendant Corporation as a Technology Director for one of Cendant’s Corp. Real Estate divisions, as well as a Technology Director for a large Real Estate franchisee. His years of engagement in technology and Real Estate give Nick a unique perspective on the industry, and enable him to offer clients insight into the competitive advantage of cutting-edge Real Estate communications solutions.
Scott Vierling, Director of Marketing and Sales
Scott has over 10 years of direct enterprise level Sales and consultative Marketing experience. He is actively engaged in the Real Estate technology industry through association memberships, networking groups and his personal dedication to increasing the efficiency of the Real Estate marketplace. Scott’s most recent experience was as a Territory Account Manager for the 3rd largest Software Manufacturer in the United States. With nearly a decade of Direct Sales and Sales Management experience, Scott is able to understand and exceed the expectations of his customers by using a consultative approach to understand his clients’ business needs.
