Can anyone use The Mobile Flyer?

Yes. The Mobile Flyer’s technology is designed to be supported by every major wireless carrier and works on all major mobile devices with text messaging capabilities.

Do I need to put software on my computer?

When you become a client, you will be given log in credentials for our online Lead Capture System. This system enables you to log in from any computer with an internet connection, and no software is required. All of the system functionality is included in your personal Mobile Flyer portal.

Are the signs included?

Because we build customized service levels through our consultative approach, every solution is different. We can extend special pricing to customers through our partnerships with established signage providers, and because we tailor our solutions to your needs, you’ll only ever pay for what you use. You can, of course, choose to leverage your existing signage providers at your discretion.

What is DNC?

DNC stands for Do Not Call and affects both land line phones and cell phones. The law was put into place by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) to protect consumer privacy and create rules and regulations around how companies can solicit to consumers over the phone. How does the service work for my prospective buyers?

Prospective buyers send your designated property tag to a 5-digit number (short-code) via the "text messaging" capability found on most cell phones. Within seconds, the homebuyer will receive a message back with a customized description of the property and contact information for the broker/ agent.

Will I be able to contact prospective buyers directly?

Yes – when prospective buyers request property information using your designated property tag, the homebuyer's phone number is captured and made available to the broker/ agent for follow-up. Prospect data is available 1) immediately via "text message" and/ or email or 2) via customized web-based reporting options.

Will prospective buyers be charged for using the service/ requesting property information?

No – The Mobile Flyer® does not charge prospective buyers for requesting property information; although standard text messaging rates may apply.

Will the contact information of prospective buyers be shared with anyone other than a subscribing broker/ agent?

The information we collect on prospective buyers will only be disclosed to parties other than a subscribing broker/ agent when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, used to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our business and applicable laws, or provided to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting The Mobile Flyer®.
